Ingrid Kristiansen is a Norway middle-distance runner, born on March 21, 1956 in Trondheim, Norway. Standing 1.69 m and weighing 50 kg, She competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

Her personal bests include 4:16.64 in the 1500m, 8:34.10 in the 3000m, 14:37.33 in the 5000m, 30:13.74 in the 10000m and 1:06:40 in the Semi. She has earned 12 gold, 4 silver and 6 bronze medals in major international competitions. She is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Norway.
