Ilias Fifa is a Spain middle-distance runner, born on May 16, 1989 in Tangier, Morocco. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:46.85 in the 1500m, 7:40.55 in the 3000m, 13:05.61 in the 5000m, 27:53.26 in the 10000m and 1:05:22 in the Semi. He has earned 6 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Spain.
