Ian Slinger

Ian Slinger is a South Africa middle-distance runner, born on December 11, 1995. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

His personal bests include 2:01.06 in the 800m, 3:57.16 in the 1500m, 8:39.75 in the 3000m, 14:16.45 in the 5000m and 30:10.29 in the 10000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
