Henry Rono

Henry Rono is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on February 12, 1952 in Rift Valley Province, Kenya. Standing 1.70 m and weighing 63 kg, He competes primarily in the Mile, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:59.2h in the Mile, 7:32.1h in the 3000m, 13:06.20 in the 5000m, 27:22.47 in the 10000m and 1:04:46 in the Semi. He has earned 5 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
