Henry Foufaka

Henry Foufaka is a Solomon Islands middle-distance runner, born on November 15, 1984. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 4:18.39 in the 1500m, 9:20.79 in the 3000m, 16:22.25 in the 5000m, 1:13:01 in the Semi and 9:52.4h in the 3000mSt. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Solomon Islands.
