Heike Drechsler is a Germany sprinter, born on December 16, 1964 in Gera, Germany. Standing 1.81 m and weighing 68 kg, She competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 800m.

Her personal bests include 10.80 in the 100m, 21.71 in the 200m, 2:11.53 in the 800m, 13.34 in the 100mH and 41.79 in the 4x100m.
