Fredrik Schwencke

Fredrik Schwencke is a Norway long-distance runner, born on May 11, 1992. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:26.22 in the 3000m, 14:35.22 in the 5000m, 31:21.00 in the 10000m, 1:07:52 in the Semi and 2:24:58 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Norway.
