Fred Grönwall

Fred Grönwall is a Sweden long-distance runner, born on January 16, 1981. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 14:43.86 in the 5000m, 30:44.96 in the 10000m, 1:07:10 in the Semi, 2:20:08 in the Marathon and 31:11 in the 10Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Sweden.
