Demba Marong

Demba Marong is a Gambia sprinter, born on January 8, 1999. He competes primarily in the 400m, 800m and 1500m.

His personal bests include 49.90 in the 400m, 1:52.71 in the 800m, 4:01.35 in the 1500m, 9:44.87 in the 3000mSt and 3:20.05 in the 4x400m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Gambia.
