Charles Mulinga

Charles Mulinga is a Zambia middle-distance runner, born on April 5, 1968. He competes primarily in the Mile, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 4:17.24 in the Mile, 13:37.94 in the 5000m, 28:00.33 in the 10000m, 1:03:30 in the Semi and 13:40 in the 5Kilometre. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Zambia.
