Benjamin Limo

Benjamin Limo is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on August 23, 1974 in Eldoret, Kenya. Standing 1.80 m and weighing 65 kg, He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:37.59 in the 1500m, 7:28.67 in the 3000m, 12:54.99 in the 5000m, 27:42.43 in the 10000m and 1:02:01 in the Semi. He has earned 10 gold, 5 silver and 4 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Kenya.
