Bedan Karoki is a Kenya middle-distance runner, born on August 21, 1990 in Nyandarua County, Kenya. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:42.1h in the 1500m, 7:37.68 in the 3000m, 13:15.25 in the 5000m, 26:52.12 in the 10000m and 58:42 in the Semi.
