Amit Jangir

Amit Jangir is a India long-distance runner, born on July 20, 2002. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:36.34 in the 3000m, 14:05.30 in the 5000m, 30:31.30 in the 10000m and 5:37.25 in the 2000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing India.
