Álvaro James

Álvaro James is a Costa Rica sprinter, born on December 2, 1975. He competes primarily in the 200m, 400m and 4x100m.

His personal bests include 21.46 in the 200m, 46.70 in the 400m, 40.57 in the 4x100m, 3:17.69 in the 4x400m and 48.10 in the 400MetresS. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Costa Rica.
