Allie Ostrander

Allie Ostrander is an American long-distance runner born on December 24, 1996, in Kenai, Alaska. She specializes in the steeplechase and achieved unprecedented success during her collegiate career, becoming one of the most decorated NCAA steeplechasers in history.

Ostrander won the NCAA Division I steeplechase championship three consecutive years from 2017 to 2019 while competing for the Boise State University Broncos, becoming only the second woman to achieve this feat. In July 2019, she announced her decision to forgo her final season of NCAA eligibility to begin her professional running career.

As a three-time NCAA champion, Ostrander established herself as the dominant collegiate steeplechaser of her era. Her transition to professional running built on her exceptional college career as she pursued success on the national and international stage.
