Yann Chaussinand

Yann Chaussinand is a French hammer thrower born on May 11, 1998, in Clermont-Ferrand. Standing 195 cm tall and weighing 110 kg, he has the physical attributes ideal for the hammer throw and has developed into one of France's top performers in the event.

Chaussinand won the 2018 Mediterranean Athletics U23 Championships, marking an early career breakthrough. His personal best of 78.21 metres was set at Stade d'honneur Marcel-Roustan in Salon-de-Provence, France, on January 28, 2024.
