Xavier Carter

Xavier Carter is an American retired sprinter born on December 8, 1985, in Palm Bay, Florida. Standing 191 cm tall and weighing 77 kg, he is the twelfth fastest sprinter ever in the 200 metres with a personal best of 19.63 seconds.

Carter attended Palm Bay High School before joining Louisiana State University, where he starred on both the track and football teams. His exceptional speed made him one of the most exciting sprinters of his generation.
