Stephen Brown is a retired athlete from Trinidad and Tobago born on January 6, 1969, who specialized in the 110 metres hurdles. He originally represented the United States until 1997 before switching to compete for Trinidad and Tobago.

Brown attended Wake Forest University in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he excelled as a dual-sport athlete on both the football and track teams. He won four Atlantic Coast Conference track titles, including two in the 110 meter outdoor hurdles, while also recording 122 career receptions as a four-year starter in football.

His remarkable achievements at Wake Forest earned him induction into the Wake Forest Sports Hall of Fame in 2009. He was also named to the ACC's 50th Anniversary Men's Outdoor Track and Field team, recognizing his lasting impact on collegiate athletics.
