Roger Kingdom is an American former sprint hurdler born on August 26, 1962, in Vienna, Georgia. Standing 185 cm and weighing 91 kg, he was a two-time Olympic champion in the 110 metres hurdles and former world record holder.

Kingdom won Olympic gold medals in the 110 metres hurdles at the 1984 Los Angeles Games and the 1988 Seoul Games, making him one of the few hurdlers to win back-to-back Olympic titles. In 1989, he set the world record of 12.92 seconds, a time that stood as the benchmark for elite hurdling.

After retiring from competition, Kingdom became an athletics and strength and conditioning coach. He currently works as a speed and conditioning coach for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers of the NFL, applying his expertise in speed development to professional football.
