Jeff Porter is an American hurdler born on November 27, 1985, in Summit, New Jersey. Standing 183 cm and weighing 86 kg, he specializes in the 110-metre hurdles with a personal best of 13.08 seconds.

Porter made two Olympic teams, finishing third at both the 2012 and 2016 U.S. Olympic Trials. He reached the semi-finals at the 2012 London Olympics and finished fourth at the 2011 Pan American Games. Collegiately, he competed for the University of Michigan and won the 2007 NCAA indoor championship in the 60-metre hurdles.

On June 25, 2017, Porter announced his retirement from track and field. His career, spanning two Olympic appearances and an NCAA championship, established him as one of America's most consistent sprint hurdlers of his generation. His ability to perform at Olympic Trials demonstrated remarkable championship-level competitiveness.
