Eliott Crestan is a Belgian middle-distance runner born on February 22, 1999, in Namur. He specializes in the 800 metres and has established himself as one of Europe's premier performers in the event, breaking his country's long-standing national records.

Crestan won bronze medals at the 2018 World U20 Championships and 2024 World Indoor Championships. In 2024, he broke Ivo Van Damme's Belgian 800 metres record that had stood for 48 years with a time of 1:42.43. At the Paris Olympics, he ran 1:43.72 in the semifinals, the fastest non-qualifying time in Olympic history. He won silver medals at both the 2025 European and World Indoor Championships, and in February 2026, set a Belgian indoor record of 1:43.83.
