Ana Fidelia Quirot, born 23 March 1963 in Palma Soriano, is a former Cuban middle-distance runner who specialised in the 800 metres. She is widely regarded as one of the best female 800-metre runners of all time, and arguably the finest never to have won Olympic gold in the event.

Quirot captured two World Championship titles in the 800 metres, winning in 1995 and again in 1997. She also earned two Olympic medals in the event, at the 1992 and 1996 Games.

Beyond the 800 metres, she proved herself a versatile competitor with notable performances over 400 metres. Her personal best of 1:54.44, set in 1989, still ranks her among the top five fastest women ever at the distance.
