Sydney Siame
Sydney Sido Siame is a Zambian sprinter born on October 7, 1997, in Isoka. He competes in the 100 and 200 metres and achieved early international success at the youth level.
Siame won a gold medal at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics, demonstrating his talent as a young sprinter. He competed in the 200 metres at the 2015 World Championships in Beijing without advancing from the first round. A time of 9.88 seconds was recorded for the 100m in Lusaka in 2017, but it was excluded from global lists due to questionable timing equipment.
As a Youth Olympic champion and World Championships competitor, Siame established himself as one of Zambia's top sprinters. His early international success at the Youth Olympics marked him as a promising talent in African sprinting.
