Coby Miller is an American sprinter born on October 19, 1976, in Ackerman, Mississippi. He achieved personal bests under 10 seconds in the 100 metres and under 20 seconds in the 200 metres, establishing himself among America's elite sprinters.

Miller won the 1999 Summer Universiade in the 200 metres and reached the Olympic final in the event at the 2000 Sydney Games. Despite leg injuries in 2001 and 2002, he returned to competition and won a World Cup gold medal in the 4x100 metre relay in late 2002, helping break the championship record.

At the 2004 Athens Olympics, Miller won a silver medal as part of the American 4x100 metre relay team, his most prestigious international honor. Though he ran under 10 seconds at the 2004 Olympic Trials, he did not qualify individually. At his peak, Miller was regularly ranked among the top ten American sprinters.
