Chris Huffins is an American former decathlete born on April 15, 1970, in Brooklyn, New York. Standing 190 cm and weighing 82 kg, he competed in the demanding ten-event discipline.

Huffins served as director and head coach of the men's and women's track and field and cross country programs at the University of California from 2002 to 2007. He earned a degree from Cal in political economies of industrial societies in 2007.

He is a member of Alpha Phi Alpha fraternity. Huffins married Monique Parker in 1997, with whom he had one son, and is currently married to Tamika Huffins, with whom he has another son. His transition from elite athlete to collegiate coach represents a common path for decathletes.
