
Vladislav Malykhin
Vladyslav Oleksiyovych Malykhin is a Ukrainian pole vaulter born on January 15, 1998. Standing 184 cm tall, he emerged as one of Ukraine's most promising young vaulters with impressive performances at youth and junior international competitions.
Malykhin finished seventh at the 2014 Summer Youth Olympics and won the silver medal at the 2015 World Youth Championships, demonstrating his early talent. He finished eighth at the 2016 World U20 Championships and competed at the 2017 World Championships without reaching the final. His personal best of 5.70 metres was achieved in May 2017 in Zary, Poland.
As a World Youth Championships silver medallist and multi-time international competitor, Malykhin showed significant promise in his development through Ukraine's athletics system. His progression through youth categories established him as a notable figure in Ukrainian pole vaulting.
