Kravets held the world record in the women's triple jump for over 25 years, one of the most durable records in the history of women's athletics. Her mark stood as the standard of excellence in the event until the 2021 Tokyo Olympics, when Venezuelan jumper Yulimar Rojas finally surpassed it.
