Cyprian Mrzygłód

Cyprian Mrzyglod is a Polish javelin thrower born on February 2, 1998, in Lodz. Standing 185 cm tall and weighing 73 kg, he competes in one of Poland's traditionally strong field events and has achieved success at both junior and senior international levels.

Mrzyglod won the gold medal at the 2017 European Under-20 Championships, demonstrating his early promise in the event. In his senior major international debut, he finished ninth at the 2018 European Championships. His personal best in the javelin is 85.92 metres, set in Kuortane in 2025.

As a European junior champion with a personal best approaching 86 metres, Mrzyglod has established himself among Poland's top javelin throwers. His continued development positions him as a contender for future international success in this demanding throwing event.
