Yervand Mkrtchyan

Yervand Mkrtchyan is a Armenia middle-distance runner, born on June 11, 1996. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 3000m.

His personal bests include 1:49.91 in the 800m, 3:38.12 in the 1500m, 7:59.80 in the 3000m, 14:23.92 in the 5000m and 8:50.35 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 16 gold and 1 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Armenia.
