William Wynne is an American hurdler born on January 30, 1990, in Marietta, Georgia. He specializes in the 400 metre hurdles and holds the world youth best in the event with youth hurdles at 49.01 seconds, smashing the previous record by 0.85 seconds.

Wynne won two gold medals and a silver medal at the 2007 World Youth Championships in Athletics in Ostrava, Czech Republic, earning him the 2007 USATF Youth Athlete of the Year award. He graduated from McEachern High School in Powder Springs, Georgia.

His world youth best demonstrated extraordinary talent at a young age. Wynne's dominance at the 2007 World Youth Championships, where he collected multiple medals, established him as one of the most promising young hurdlers in American history.
