Vincent Seng

Vincent Seng is a South Africa long-distance runner, born on June 5, 1981. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 8:46.98 in the 3000m, 32:51.6h in the 10000m, 1:06:05 in the Semi, 2:17:29 in the Marathon and 49:13 in the 15Kilometr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing South Africa.
