Seamus Power

Seamus Power is a Ireland long-distance runner, born on November 28, 1970. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:57.15 in the 3000m, 13:31.32 in the 5000m, 28:18.38 in the 10000m, 1:03:20 in the Semi and 8:08.41 in the 3000Metres. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ireland.
