Richard Salano

Richard Salano is a Philippines long-distance runner, born on September 24, 1991. He competes primarily in the 5000m, 10000m and Semi.

His personal bests include 15:13.56 in the 5000m, 31:28.82 in the 10000m, 1:09:57 in the Semi, 2:26:51 in the Marathon and 9:23.11 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Philippines.
