Ramon Clay is a retired American sprinter born on June 29, 1975, in Memphis, Tennessee. He specialized in the 200 metres with a personal best of 20.05 seconds.

Clay narrowly missed the 1996 Olympics, finishing fourth at the Trials behind Michael Johnson's world record of 19.66 seconds. He won silver at the 1994 World Junior Championships and became U.S. Outdoor champion in 2002 and Indoor champion in 1998. He finished fourth at the 2002 IAAF World Cup.

In 2010, he was found guilty of doping as part of the BALCO scandal, resulting in the disqualification of his results from January 2000 onward and a two-year ban despite being retired.
