Rachel Conhoff

Rachel Conhoff is a U.S. Virgin Islands middle-distance runner, born on November 7, 1999. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and Mile.

His personal bests include 2:15.89 in the 800m, 4:25.93 in the 1500m, 5:00.42 in the Mile, 18:47.44 in the 5000m and 10:54.51 in the 3000mSt. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing U.S. Virgin Islands.
