Junji Konomi

Junji Konomi is a Japan middle-distance runner, born on September 24, 1980. He competes primarily in the 1500m, Mile and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:41.45 in the 1500m, 4:00.63 in the Mile, 13:51.65 in the 5000m, 29:03.13 in the 10000m and 1:03:03 in the Semi. He has earned 1 gold medal in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
