Dragoş Neacşu is a Romania race walker, born on December 3, 1986. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 50kmW and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:23:22 in the 20kmW, 4:06:26 in the 50kmW, 43:46 in the 10Kilometr and 41:36.6h in the 10,000Metr. He has earned 2 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Romania.
