David Kipsisey

David Kipsisey is a Uganda middle-distance runner, born on December 2, 1999. He competes primarily in the 800m, 1500m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 1:53.59 in the 800m, 3:46.42 in the 1500m and 14:39.06 in the 5000m. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Uganda.
