Daniel Huling

Dan Huling is an American distance runner born on July 16, 1983, in Geneva, Illinois. He specializes in the 3000-metre steeplechase with a personal record of 8:13.29 minutes, set in 2010.

Huling represented the United States at four World Championships in Athletics from 2009 to 2015. He was the American steeplechase champion at the 2010 USA Outdoor Track and Field Championships and competed at the 2010 IAAF Continental Cup. He ran collegiately for the Miami RedHawks.

His four World Championships appearances and national title demonstrate remarkable consistency in one of track and field's most demanding events. Huling's career established him as one of America's premier steeplechasers during the 2010s.
