Cletus Clark is a retired American hurdler born on January 20, 1962. He is best known for winning gold in the 110 metres hurdles at the 1991 Pan American Games.

Clark was an All-American for the Houston Cougars, finishing runner-up in the 55m hurdles at the 1984 NCAA Indoor Championships. His Pan American Games victory represented the peak of his international career.
