Akira Aizawa

Akira Aizawa is a JPN long-distance runner, born on July 18, 1997 in Sukagawa, Japan. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 7:49.66 in the 3000m, 13:29.47 in the 5000m, 27:13.04 in the 10000m, 1:01:20 in the Semi and 2:35:54 in the Marathon. He has earned 3 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing JPN.
