Aikaterini Asimakopoulou

Aikaterini Asimakopoulou is a Greece long-distance runner, born on May 10, 1982. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 9:35.47 in the 3000m, 16:27.96 in the 5000m, 33:55.06 in the 10000m, 1:18:34 in the Semi and 2:48:12 in the Marathon. He has earned 6 gold medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Greece.
