Dominique Arnold

Dominique Arnold is an American hurdler born on September 14, 1973, in Compton, California. He is tied for the seventh fastest all-time 110 metre hurdler with a time of 12.90 seconds, which was the American record from 2006 to 2010.

Arnold set his American record in Lausanne, where he beat the world record but still lost to Liu Xiang. His performance remains the fastest losing time ever recorded in the event. Competing for Washington State, he won the 1996 NCAA championships in the 110m hurdles.

He finished fourth at the 2005 World Championships and won bronze in the 60m hurdles at the 2006 World Indoor Championships. He also earned bronze at the 2001 IAAF Grand Prix Final and silver at the 2005 World Athletics Final, cementing his status among the world's elite hurdlers.
