Zhongyuan Hou

Zhongyuan Hou is a China middle-distance runner, born on February 10, 1998. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 3000m and 5000m.

His personal bests include 3:49.09 in the 1500m, 8:37.01 in the 3000m, 14:37.24 in the 5000m and 3:56.00 in the 1500Metres. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing China.
