Yuta Shitara

Yuta Shitara is a Japan middle-distance runner, born on December 18, 1991 in Saitama Prefecture, Japan. He competes primarily in the 1500m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 3:48.29 in the 1500m, 13:34.68 in the 5000m, 27:41.97 in the 10000m, 1:00:17 in the Semi and 2:06:11 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Japan.
