Yuriy Loktionov is a Ukraine race walker, born on January 10, 1990. He competes primarily in the 20kmW, 50kmW and 10Kilometr.

His personal bests include 1:34:53 in the 20kmW, 4:28:54 in the 50kmW, 43:11 in the 10Kilometr and 44:09.95 in the 10,000Metr. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Ukraine.
