Xiang Liu is a China sprinter, born on July 13, 1983 in Putuo District, People's Republic of China. Standing 1.89 m and weighing 87 kg, He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and 110mH.

His personal bests include 10.74 in the 100m, 21.27 in the 200m, 12.88 in the 110mH, 7.41 in the 60mH and 6.44 in the 50MetresHu. He has earned 23 gold, 5 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing China.
