Wouter Simons is a Belgium long-distance runner, born on January 1, 1996. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 8:57.71 in the 3000m, 14:55.61 in the 5000m, 32:02.44 in the 10000m, 1:07:56 in the Semi and 2:21:00 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Belgium.
