Vithleem Sapiou

Vithleem Sapiou is a Greece long-distance runner, born on March 14, 1981. He competes primarily in the 3000m, 5000m and 10000m.

His personal bests include 11:19.00 in the 3000m, 19:13.08 in the 5000m, 40:35.64 in the 10000m, 1:27:38 in the Semi and 3:04:10 in the Marathon. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing Greece.
