Vitaliy Shkurlatov is a RUS sprinter, born on May 25, 1979. He competes primarily in the 100m, 200m and LJ.

His personal bests include 10.83 in the 100m, 21.86 in the 200m, 8.38 in the LJ, 16.02 in the TJ and 6.4h in the 60m. He has earned 10 gold, 1 silver and 2 bronze medals in major international competitions. He is currently active on the international athletics circuit, representing RUS.
